In The Medicademy Regulatory Affairs network group, the members are able to form a professional community. The activities is based on exactly the issues that you, as a regulatory professional, face in your everyday life and you have the opportunity to learn from and share experience with colleagues who have practical experience with the issues that you are engaged in. Maybe you think: Why yet another network?
Because we can offer you 4 annual meetings, where you as members are the ones who decide which subjects to be addressed. We will invite speakers from both the authorities and the industry, who are able to illustrate the subjects – seen from both large and small companies’ point of view. The angle on a regulatory challenge may look very different, depending on whether you work in a large company with many regulatory employees or you work in a small company with only a few regulatory employees. Your situation can also be very different depending on whether you are working in a headquarter or an affiliate. What is it about?
The 4 annual meetings will take place once in a quarter: April, June, September and November – from 15.00 to 18.00. The contribution from the speakers will frame the following discussion and exchange of experience on the subjects. The subsequent interaction will be a very large part of this network - the possibility to hear how others have handled exactly the problems you are dealing with, and to share experience. Our intention is to create an environment that encourage and inspire you to form smaller network groups across your companies. The meeting dates in 2012:

First and foremost, you must have the desire to participate! It is expected that you show up, participate actively in the meetings and prepare yourself when this is agreed. Content:The members of the network group have not yet decided on the topics for 2012. If you apply for membership before January 15, you will also be able to influence the subejcts in 2012. In 2011 the subjects dealt with were: • From POM to OTC • Change Control including handling of Documents • Role and Responsibilities of Regulatory Affairs Professionals - GRP (Good Regulatory Practice) • SmPC and PL handling Target:Who can participate?
The network will be open for anyone working within regulatory affairs - whether your company is a member of Lif or not – whether you work in a large or small pharmaceutical company, a biotech company, a headquarter, an affiliate, a consulting company, an authority, etc. and whether you have previously participated in a Medicademy or Lif Education course or not! The network group will consist of maximum 30 members and only very few seats are available, we therefore recommend you to register as soon as possible to be sure to get one of the 30 seats in the group.
